Wako Gutu Foundation (WGF) is a local NGO established in 2006 G.0 and registered by Federal Civil Society Organizations Agency under registration number 0457 in accordance with CSO’s proclamation number 1113/2019.

The Foundation announces this invitation to bid for eligible consultants fulfill all the standards set by the government of Ethiopia to undertake consultancy Service.

Bid Description

The consultant shall engage in Localization, Customization, Translation of Interactive voice response (IVR) in relation to Agriculture and Health  information dissemination as per the descriptions given in ToR which is part and parcel of this in the contract document and to do everything required for the satisfactory upgrading of IVR content

Expected duties Promotion, awareness-raising and public Information dissemination on Agriculture and Health information dissemination


Bid Bond Amount

1% of the total amount including VAT in the form of Certified Payment Order  (C.P.O) in Separate Envelope

Bid Document Submission

Separately sealed envelope both original and copy of technical and financial Proposals has to be submitted to Wako Gutu Foundation Office Bid Box from Monday to Friday within office hours (8:30 am to 05:30 pm local time).

Selection Method

Quality and cost based selection method. Bidders must meet the first stage of  Technical Evaluation (Quality) minimum 70% qualification criteria to pass the  second stage of Financial proposal evaluation (Cost)
