Urban Revenue Reform Project Office Wants To Purchase Hardware



The Procurement Reference Number: URRP/NCB/003/2020

Under The Ministry of Urban Development and Construction, Urban Revenue Reform Project Office wants to purchase the following hardware and invites eligible bidders, which fulfill the following requirement, to submit sealed bids for the supply Hardwires as per the list below.




24 Port Managed Layer 2 Network Switch



Wireless access point



Server Rack



Power Distributed Unit



San Switch



UPS for Server



Dust Blower for PC



Professional Camera




1. The Bidders shall provide such evidence of their eligibility satisfactory to MUDCO, Urban Revenue Reform Project office to verify that the Bidder is not insolvent, not have had their business activities suspended, and not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing.

2. The bidders shall provide appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating its compliance, which shall include:

  • Valid Business license indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged;
  • VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority,
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
  • Valid Tin Certificate
  • Registration as a supplier in the list of the mandated public body; Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency; and
  • 3. The bidders shall provide organization registration certificate of trade license issued by the Government Body:
  • 4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedure, specified in the bidding documents, which is open to all eligible bidders.
  • 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and the bidding documents at MUDCo, Urban Revenue Reform Project Office at the address given below, from Monday to Friday 8:30 to 12:30 AM and 1:30 to 5:30 PM.
  • 6. Bidders shall be required to submit bid documents in two envelopes containing the technical and financial proposals separately.
  • 7. The deadline for bid submission is twenty-one working days of the tender notice.
  • 8. The bid opening shall take place the following date of the bid deadline at 4:00 AM
  • 9. A complete set of bidding documents in English purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and presentation of the documents mentioned the address below and upon payment of a non-returnable fee of ETB birr 100 effective as of 21 working days of the tender notice. The mentioned of payment shall be in cash to the project’s office.
