1. The SNNPRS Bureau of Agriculture & Natural Resource development has received financing from the World Bank towards thecost of the Productive Safety Net Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of forestry and agro forestry species seeds. 2. Interested eligible bidders should submit VAT certificate, TIN No, Renewed trade licensee for the current year 2013 E.C
3. The SNNPRS Bureau of Agriculture & Natural Resource Development now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified biddersfor ET-SNNP EWFSO-144088-GO-RFB the Procurement of forestry and agro forestry species seeds
4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all Bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the SNNPRS Bureau of Agriculture & Natural Resource Development at the address below during office hour from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 100.00. The method of payment will be in cash or cashier’s check. In the delivery of the bidding document of the mail and shall not entertain requests for extension on account of such delays.
7. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 45,000.00 in the form of CPO and unconditional Bank guarantee be delivered to the address below before or on November 9/2013 E.C at 2:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. The Bid shall be opened on 2:05 PM November 9/2013 E.C. at the following address stated below.
The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
