INVITATION TO BID (ITB):

The office of the United Nations high commissioner for refugees in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, invites interested, qualified and registered companies for the following tender respectively;

1.  Invitation to bid for the supply of corrugated iron sheets for UNHCR Jijiga ITB-HCR-AA-2020-014
2.  Invitation to bid for the supply of furniture for UNHCR Branch office registration unit ITB-HCR-AA-2020-015
3.  Invitation to bid for the supply of safety and security items for UNHCR Branch office registration unit ITB-HCR-AA-2020-016
4. Invitation to bid for the supply of gardening grass cutter scissors, Air conditioners, glass separators and flood lights for UNHCR Branch office registration unit ITB-HCR-AA-2020-017

THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS IS 11:00 HOURS

LOCAL TIME ON 23 NOVEMBER 2020.

Company Representative(s) collecting the tender documents will be required to provide a proof of affiliation with the company and provide contact details.

An official company stamp is also required.

Offers must be hand delivered in a sealed envelope and deposited in the tender box located at UNHCR Country office, Supply Management Service, Bole road near to Saay Pastry – Addis Ababa.

Late offers will not be considered.
