The FDRE, Ministry of Innovation Invite Eligible and Qualified Bidders for the Budget Year of 2013 Ethiopian Calendar for the Procurement of Supply, Installation of Government Public Key Infrastructure

Invitation to International Competitive Bid /ICB/

The FDRE, Ministry of Innovation and Technology has planned to invite eligible and qualified bidders for the budget year of 2013 Ethiopian Calendar for the Procurement of Supply, Installation of Government Public key Infrastructure.

Interested bidders shall have the following evidence:

• Trading license renewed for 2020
• Tax clearance certificate at bidding date.
• Supplier registration certificates from the concerned Public body.

1. Bidding will be conducted using the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Agency Guidelines and is open to all bidders as specified and defined in the bidding document.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 7:30 A.M to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday local time.
3.  A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by the interested bidders on the submission of written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 100.00 (one hundred birr) for each.
4. Bidders shall submit two envelops, “Qualification, Technical information & Bid Security” in one envelope and “Financial information” separately in another envelope and should be sealed in an outer envelope.
5. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages after goods are checked for minimum specification, Qualification information first and financial bids of qualified bidders next.
6. Bids should be delivered to the address below as stated the days after this bid from first announcement of this notice on the Ethiopian Herald.

7. Late bids will be rejected. Qualification information and bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on the same date of bid submission as stated above.

9. The Ministry has the right to partially or fully reject the bid.
