Bid Announcement for Procurement of Seedlings in

polybag ready for transportation 

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ‘’GIZ Office Addis Ababa’’ would like to invite all local interested & eligible Seed suppliers to submit their technical and financial offers for the supply of Seedlings as per details below. 

  1. 40,000 pcs of Acacia nilotica, 
  2. 30,000 pcs of Moringa oleifera 
  3. 20,000 pcs Azadirachta indica
  4. 30,000 pcs Delonix regia

All seedlings are to be transported to (BoLAN) Burau of Livestock, Agriculture & Natural Resource, a nursery in Dubti, Regional State of Afar

All seeds should be in polybag ready for transportation

Any eligible local Seed Supplier who might be interested in accepting the GIZ-Office proposal for supplying the seeds is welcome to submit the offers.  Those who are interested to be the one, please submit the offer technical, price & warranty within a sealed envelope, labeling bid reference No; 91139768 direct to GIZ Office Addis Ababa reception desk located at Kasanchis, back of Intercontinental Hotel. 

Special conditions: –

  • Supplier should have a valid TIN, VAT & renewed business license.
  • Pleases submit technical, financial offers and warranty separately in a sealed envelope.
  • Please indicate that the price offer is before OR after 15% VAT 
  • The price offer should include transport cost 
  • Validity date of your offer should be 30 to 60 days
  • Please indicate the delivery time in your offer
  • Payment shall be made 100% upon delivery
