Bid Announcement for Procurement workshop machines, tools & safety clothes 

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ‘’GIZ Office Addis Ababa’’ would like to invite all local interested & eligible machine and tools suppliers to submit their technical and financial offers for the supply of the machines/ tools and clothes as per the details below.

1. LOT I: Workshop Machines: concrete mixer, cutter, stone splitting, & pipe bender (2pcs each)
2. LOT II: Workshop tools: mason’s hammer, plasterer hammer, measuring tape, folding ruler, sprit   level, straightedge, decision the court, bucket 12L, brick layer’s bucket, & trowels (30 pcs each)
3. LOT III: Workshop clothing:  350pair work gloves, 350pcs helmet & 436pairs Safety shoes,(39pair size 37, 45pair size 38, 46pair size 39, 63pair size40, 58pair size 41, 62pair   size42, 43pair size43, 41pair size44 & 39pair size 45).

Special conditions: –

• Supplier should have a valid TIN, VAT & renewed business license.
• Pleases submit technical, financial offers and warranty separately in a sealed envelope.
• Please indicate that the price offer is before OR after 15% VAT 
• The price offer should include transport cost up to Assosa, Polytechnic Collage 
• Validity date of your offer should be 30 to 60 days
• Please indicate the delivery time in your offer
• Payment shall be made 100% upon delivery
• This order is divided in the division of LOTs & can be awarded to different suppliers
