2. All local firm organized and licensed under the law of Ethiopia that qualify to bid are invited to participate in this invitation to bids and have to fulfill the following requirements;
- Valid and renewed trade license for the year
- VAT registered
- Fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes according to Ethiopian law
3. Bidders must be accompanied by bid security Birr 500,000.00 or equivalent foreign currency USD, in acceptable form of unconditional Bank guarantee, or CPO.
4. Bidders shall present Original and copy their of financial and Technical proposals separately
5. Sur Construction PLC reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid
