Re-Advertisement (2nd Notice) 

Bid Invitation for the purchase of Office 

house or Real Property for Office purpose (with a size between 110-125 sq. mts) 

SUNARMA (Sustainable Natural Resources Management Association) is a National Non-Governmental Organization and re-registered in Ethiopia under the ACSO (Agency for Civil Society Organizations) with certificate No 296. 

SUNARMA with substantial support and Funding from All We Can (AWC) for the purchase of an Office house/Building would like to purchase real property or building for office and invites interested and eligible bidders to bid. 

  1. Bidding will be conducted through Open Tender. 
  2. Bidders should submit one original and one copy of wax-sealed offers marked “BID FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY” with all the necessary details as specified on the specifications document. 
  3. Bids should be submitted to the SUNARMA head office on or before 11:00 A.M (5:00 o’clock local time) on 7th October 2020. Any bid received after that time will not be considered. 
  4.  Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend in person on the same date at 11:30 A.M (5:30 O’clock local time) at SUNARMA Head Office, Addis Ababa. 
  5.  Bidders should submit a copy of renewed trade license, VAT Registration certificate and TIN certificate, if applicable. It is not a mandatory requirement for individual property owners who are not registered as a business entity, 
  6. The property should be free from any third party claims or secure consent of the claimant for the sale. 
  7. Delivery time will be immediately after notification of the winner in writing. 
  8. SUNARMA reserves the right to waive, delete or amend any of the requirements connected with this bid. SUNARMA also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. 
  9. The specification of the real property/office house is available at SUNARMA Admin and Finance Department. 
  10. Bidders may contact SUNARMA at the office for clarifications and questions during office hours from 8 A.M to 12 P.M and 1 P.M – 5 P.M. The address referred to the above is;
