SOS Sahel Ethiopia Is Seeking for Service of Relevant Insurance Companies To Conduct a Feasibility Study To Identify Agricultural Crop Insurance Options for Smallholder Farmers


SOS Sahel Ethiopia is implementing the “Gender Transformative Climate Smart Agriculture and Agri-Business Project” in three woredas (Dugda, Bora, & Adami-Tullu/Jiddo-Kombolcha woredas) of East Shoa Zone in Oromia Regional State. SOS Sahel Ethiopia is seeking for service of the relevant insurance companies to conduct a feasibility study to identify agricultural crop insurance options for smallholder farmers engaged in the production of agricultural crops being targeted by SOS Sahel Ethiopia in the above-mentioned project location.

 Interested, qualified and licensed bidders who have been in consultancy business for at least a period of 5 years in a related field of studies may collect the prepared ToR from the organization Head Office at Addis Ababa (251-114160391) against presentation of renewed license for the Year 2010 (E.C.) and submit one original and one copy of the technical and financial proposal, together with 1% bid bond to same address until or before 27, May 2020, 2:00 am. The bid will be opened on 27, May 2020 at 2:30 pm in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives at SOS Sahel Ethiopia Head Office in Addis Ababa. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of bid.
