Eligible suppliers which fulfill the following requirements are invited for the bid and submit their proposal.
The requirements:
- Have a legal capacity to enter into a procurement contract through proper trade license;
- Have fulfilled any obligation to pay tax through a tax clearance certificate
- Renewed Business License for 2012 E.C
- The Supplier’s profile with proper evidence of having a similar type of provision
- Delivery Time must be clearly shown in the document
- Each page of the documents must be initialed/signed.
- TIN and VAT registration certificate must be provided

- Bidders should submit their offer with a sealed envelope marked “TENDER FOR THE WHEELCHAIR and TRICYCLES” to with Seven(7 Consecutive Days ) from the announcement date
