6. Renewed registration certificate from Federal or Regional Water Resource, Mine and Electricity ministry or Bureau for WWCs or GC for 2012E.C. |

7. Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate. |
|
8. Bid Security Bond of 2% CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee |
