1. Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2012 E.C. |

2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate |
|
3. Copy of TIN Certificate |
|
4. For WWC-6, GC -6/ BC-6 and above Contractors only |
|
5. Registration certificate from Federal or Regional Water Resource, Mine and Electricity ministry or Bureau for WWCs or GC. |

6. Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate. |
|
7. Bid Security Bond of 2% CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee. |
