Mandatory Requirement
- Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2012 E.C.
- Copy of VAT Registration Certificate
- Copy of TIN Certificate
- For WWC-6, GC -6/ BC-6 and above Contractors only
- Registration certificate from Federal or Regional Water Resource, Mine and Electricity ministry, or Bureau for WWCs or GC.
- Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT, and TIN certificate.
- Bid Security Bond of 2% CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee.
Interested eligible contractors shall provide written application with original and neat copies of the following legal documents:
- Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
- Plan International Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
