- From date of announcement interested bidders may obtain complete bid document during working hours against payment of non-refundable fee of birr 100(one hundred birr only) from the office mentioned in No. 5 below up on presentation of Relevant Renewed Trade License, Commercial Registration Certificate, Certificate of Supplier List from Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency, Tax clearance, VAT & TIN Registration Certificate.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount 50,000 of the total Price quoted in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, or certified cheque Payment order (CPO). Insurance bond shall not be acceptable.
- Bids must be delivered to the office mentioned in No 5 below before the closing date and time i.e. on September 24, 2020 2:00 pm.
- Bids shall be opened at the same office on the same date at 02:30 pm in the presence of the bidders and / or their representatives who choose to attend.

- Oromia Construction Corporation reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
