INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
IFB No. OANRB-IWS/AGP-II//NCB/2020/13
Oromia Agricultural and Natural Resources Bureau has secured a budget from the AGP-II program (Agricultural growth program) 7 (Seven) Modern Fruit Nursery projects categorized in Two Lots listed below at different Woreda and Zone of Oromia National Regional State.
1. Accordingly, the Bureau invites eligible contractors to submit sealed bids for the execution and completion of the following projects.

2. The construction companies are invited to submit their wax-sealed Financial and Technical proposal document as further clarified in the bidding document for the execution and completion of the cited contract.
3. A complete set of bidding documents should be purchased from Oromia Agriculture and Natural Resources Bureau Procurement Property administration and Logistics Directorate, Block-2, 3rd floor during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three hundred) for one bidding document. The method of payment will be in cash only.
4. The bid will be delivered to Oromia Agricultural & Natural Resources Bureau, Property Administration and Logistics Directorate 3rd Floor before 10:00 AM (Morning) on May 27, 2020 in OANRB Meeting Hall in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend.
5. The bid will be opened on same date at 10:30 AM (morning) time in OANRB Meeting Hall in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend.
6. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of offered cost in the form of cash payment Order (CPO) or Bank guarantee only.
7. Qualification criteria stated on the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way.
8. Oromia Agricultural and Natural Resource Bureau reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
