Maichew Particleboard works PLC invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of Solid Hardener taking the following lists of criteria under Consideration:

1. Interested bidders can obtain the bid document from Maichew, Addis Ababa and Mekelle Branch Offices upon payment of non-refundable birr 100.00 (one hundred birr) from the date of issuance of this bid on Ethiopian Herald and on the Amharic reporter newspaper.
2. Bidders must submit original & photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license.
3. Invited bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% on the total price offered for the materials in the form of a bank guarantee or C.P.O.
4. Bidders should submit their offer referring to the bid No Mpm /AA/0130/2020 in a sealed envelope indicating their financial and technical offers up to 30/10/2020 until 8:00 local time at Mekelle Branch Office
5. Bid will be opened at Mekelle Branch Office in the presence or absence of bidders /their representatives on 30 /10/2020 at 8:30 Local Time.
6. Bidders should supply the requested material (Hardener) by their own currency and transportation at Maichew particleboard works PLC/DDP/, Maichew.
7. Bidders should submit 25 k.g of the properly packed sample before the due date (Closing Date) at Mekelle Branch Office.
8. Maichew Particleboard works PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
