Maichew Particleboard Works PLC Invites All Interested and Eligible Bidders To Participate in the Bid for the Supply of Galvanized Wire

Maichew Particleboard works PLC invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of Galvanized Wire as follows:

1. Interested bidders can obtain the bid document from Maichew head Office, Addis Ababa, and Mekelle Branch Offices upon payment of non-refundable birr 100.00 (one hundred birr) from the date of issuance of this bid on Ethiopian Herald and on the Amharic reporter newspaper.
2. Bidders must submit Original & photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license.
3. All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% on the total price offered for the material in the form of bank guarantee or C.P.O.
4.  Bidders should submit their offer in a sealed envelope indicating their financial and technical offers separately up to 02/10/2020 until 8:00 local time at  Mekelle Branch Office
5. Bid will be opened at Mekelle Branch Office in the presencel absence of bidders or their representatives on 02/10/2020 at 8:30 Local Time.
6. Bidders should supply the requested material and deliver the material at Maichew particle board works PLC, Maichew by using their own transportation
7. Bidders should submit 5 meter sample from each of the three diameters of Gabion wires before the due date (Closing Date) at Mekelle Branch Office
8. Maichew Particleboard Works PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
