Gosh Meda pipe and Plastic Products Enterprise intends to procure assorted Raw materials listed hereunder from suppliers and manufacturing through International competitive bidding /ICB/. All eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids.

- Bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents from the office of Gosh Meda pipe and plastic enterprise, Dessie, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopia birr 300.00 /birr three hundred/ from the date of first publication of this notice on Ethiopian Herald and during office hours.
- Local Bidders or agents shall submit a renewed trade license, vat registration certificate, Tax Identification No. and shall provide a document to assure fulfillment of tax obligation.
- Bidders could participate for one or more lots, but the items for a lot shall not be partial.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% for the total bid price in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, CPO, a certified cheque issued from domestic Ethiopian Bank or cash.
- All bids shall be sealed and delivered to Gosh Meda Plastic Products Enterprise at Dessie Electronic bidding is not allowed and Late bids will be rejected.
- Bid closing date shall be 30 dates after an announcement at 2:00 PM and opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in Dessie for Raw materials /lot 1-3/in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at the office of Gosh Meda Pipe & Plastic Products Enterprise. If the bid opening date is Holiday, the opening date will be the next working day.
- Gosh Meda Pipe & Plastic Products Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid,
