GIZ would like to invite all interested bidders who are eligible to participate in this open tender, are herewith requested to submit their proposals to provide consultancy service to support the preparation of position papers on the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Phase II negotiation topics: Investment, Competition Policy, and Intellectual Property Rights.

The tender for this consultancy service is divided into three lots, as follows;

1.  Lot 1 Investment; Support for the Preparation of Position Paper on the Protocol on Investment.
2. Lot 2: Competition Policy; Support for the Preparation of Position Paper on the Protocol on Competition Policy.
3. Lot 3: Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs); Support for the Preparation of Position Paper on the Protocol on Intellectual Property Rights

A bidder is allowed to bid for ONLY one lot. Noncompliance will result in the rejection of bids.

 How to Apply

• All bids must be delivered/submitted physically to the address below at or before 4:30 PM on Thursday, 21^st April 2022.
• Bidders should submit their technical and financial proposals as per the issued tender document.
• The financial offer shall be made as per the ToR and price sheet.
•  One bidder shall apply for one lot ONLY.
• GIZ reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
