A minimum One (1) any type of asphalt As (DBST, TST or AC) road construction / upgrading / rehabilitation Project with a value of ETB 1.034 Billion; OR A minimum Two (2) any type of (DBST, TST or AC) road construction upgrading / rehabilitation Project each with a value of ETB 517 Million; OR A minimum Three (3) any type of asphalt (DBST, TST or AC) road construction / upgrading / rehabilitation Project each with a value of ETB 344 Million; In all cases, the projects shall be within the last ten (10) years that have been successfully and substantially completed (70% Completed).

A minimum of Two (2) asphalt Concrete road constructions/ upgrading / rehabilitation projects each with a value of ETB 1.478 Billion asphalt within the last ten (10) years / that has been successfully and substantially complete(80% Completed).
