Newspaper issued on Wednesday April 22, 2020 for the Construction works of Tikuls in Somali Regional State. The ERCS would like to announce that other terms and conditions of the bid remain the same, the bid closing and opening date and time of the tender is extended to May 29, 2020 @ 02:00 P.M and 02:30 P.M respectively
