1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and open to all bidders from eligible suppliers.
2. Eligible bidders should have a valid & renewed trade license & VAT certificate.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and clarification from Amhara Region Electric Utility (AEU) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below.

4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders at the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of against payment receipt of Birr 4,000.00 (Four Thousand) for each LOT
5. Bids must be delivered on or before the closing date and time to the above-mentioned address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of (CPO or Bank Guarantee) as mentioned above. Late bids shall be rejected.
6. The Bid is Single Stage Two envelope system; Technical offer & Bid Security will be opened the presence of the bidders or bidders representatives’ who choose to attend at the address above on the above mentioned date and time. Financial Offer will be opened after technical evaluation got approval.
7. Bidders are advised to submit their offer after examining the bid document carefully.
8. Amhara Region Electric Utility (AEU) reserves the right to reject all or partial bid without assigning any reason thereof.
