Development Expertise Center (DEC) Invites Bidders for the Supply of Different Materials

Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a national Civil Society Organization (CSO) that aspires to see all marginalized children have been properly fostered. The organization has four major program areas: Child Development, Gender and Life Skill Development; Skills and Entrepreneurship Development, and Lobby and Advocacy. DEC works in Addis Ababa city administration, Afar, Amhara, Benishangual Gumuz, Gambela, Oromia, and Tigray National Regional states.

In line with the above mission and objectives, DEC with a consortium led by Geneva Global has a program funded by ECW ( Education Cannot Wait ) through its grantee UNICEF and wants to Procure the following Materials for Sasiga and Najo districts emergency education responses.

Therefore, all interested & eligible bidders that are capable, qualified, and technically competent and have valid license for the current Ethiopian FY 2014 can submit bid price for the following items.

1. Motor Bicycle
2. Stationery Materials
3. Reference Books
4. Student Learning and teaching materials
5. Personal Protection Materials
6. Standard Plastic Chairs and Table
7. Standard student compact Desk
8. Recreational Materials for children
9. Office Supplies
10. Office Furniture

Note that:

1. Bidders can collects bill of quantities & Specification from Addis Ababa Coordination office found via Signal Road , reaching Shoal Gebya Traffic Light and 200m behind Bekema bakery.
2. The Development Expertise Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
3.  Late applying bids will not be accepted
4. Bidders should indicate whether the price includes or excludes VAT.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am (4:00 local time) on March 22, 2022.
