2. A complete set of bidding documents should be collected starting from October 25, 2020, during office hours from Monday to Friday: (from 8:00 to 12:00 a.m. or from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.) from the address mentioned below.
3. Address: BGI Ethiopia, Procurement Division, located at Mexico Square, BGI Ethiopia Head Office, 3rd floor, for further information: Telephone +251-9-30-0000-23 / +251-9-35-40-35-54
4. For eligibility, bidders should bring a copy of the renewed Trade License, Tax Payer’s Registration Certificate, Value Added Tax certificate, and Tax Clearance Certificate.
5. This bid will be closed on November 09, 2020, and will be opened on November 10, 2020, for bid no. 01/2020/21 and 02/2020/21 at 2:30 pm and November 11, 2020 for bid no 03/2020/21 – 09/2020/21 at 2:30 pm respectively in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend at the address mentioned under serial number 03.
6. Bidders are advised to review. the bid document carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute a ground for rejection.
7. Failure to comply any of the conditions from (4) to (5) above shall result in automatic dismissal.
8. BGI Ethiopia reserve all the right to reject the bid partially or fully without giving reasons.
