 Invitation to Bid

To all Solar Pump, panels, its Accessories, and installation work supplier firms with renewed license and TIN registration valid for the year 2013 EC,

1. With the fund secured from Welthungerhilfe/GIZ, AISDA invites all eligible suppliers/firms and above to undertake the supply and installation of Solar Pump, panels, and its Accessories to two boreholes located in Afar Regional State, Zone-4 at Yallo district.
2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders as of the advertisement of this post on submission renewed legal license in-person from our head office. And bids must be submitted to the same place within 10 days from the advertisement of the bid final submission ends at 10:00 AM on the 11th day. Interested suppliers can purchase the bid document with nonrefundable ETB 200.
3. Interested Eligible bidders may obtain further information from: AISDA, Addis Ababa, Tel. +251-11-4700277, Fax +251-11-4700299, Addis Ababa.
4. Bids should be submitted with wax-sealed envelopes as indicated on the bid datasheet of the bid document before or on the closing date 10:00 AM
5. All bids must be accompanied by a sealed bid security, an amount, of 5% of their offer in the form of bid security bond at the same address listed under item 2.
6. Bids will be opened at the same Office in the presence of the bidders/ their legal representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 AM on the 11th day.
7. Bidders are requested to fill the necessary details in the instruction to bidders
8. AISDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all part of the bid.
