Messebo Cement Factory PLC. (MCF PLC) invites eligible bidders for the supply of: – Different Electrical Materails and others.
- Tender documents can be collected from Addis Ababa Messebo Cement Factory Plc Liaison office Wegagen Bank Building 3rd floor in front of Studium or Mekelle Messebo Cement Factory Plc Head office effective from the day of announcement against payment of non-refundable Birr 100.00
- Bidder must submit valid trade license renewed for 2012 Ethiopian Calendar and VAT registered certificate.
- All Bids must be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before April 14, 2020 G.C. 9:30 AM and would be addressed and marked as follows.

- Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately by coming in person to Messebo Cement Factory head office in Mekelle
- Bids will be closed on April 14, 2020. At 3:30 AM and will be opened on April14, 2020 G.C. at 10:00 AM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the above mentioned office.
- Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee
- All bids that come after opening date of the tender will be rejected.
- Messebo Cement Factory Plc reserves the right to reject the bid completely or partially.
